# Cannot start new LAT because previous LAT is stuck at "submitted"

I cannot start a new test and has been stuck here for a day. Usually, once a LAT is in “Test in progress” status, I can end them through the Actions dropdown, but this one just gets stuck at “submitted”, please help!
