I have submitted my app for Live App Testing (LAT) on the Amazon Appstore. When I receive the test notification as a tester, I encounter a device compatibility issue , even though my app is designed to support Android 7 to Android 15.

I tested it on Android 13 and Android 15, but both devices show the same incompatibility message. However, I previously used the same devices for testing without any issues.

Could this be a device-level restriction ?

- Does Amazon LAT limit the number of tests per device?
- Do I need to use a new device for each test?
- Is there a way to reset or bypass this restriction if it exists?

Is this the reason behind this ?

Hello,

Thanks for posting. As of February 20, 2025, developers will no longer have the option to submit new apps targeting Android mobile devices. We apologize for the inconvenience. You may use Appstore Quality Central as a workaround:

**Hi @Emma,**

Thanks for the update.

I am looking to test subscription in-app items with the RTN feature, where I want to simulate RTN (Real-Time Notifications) from the initial purchase to the end of the subscription. This will help me proceed with my implementation based on the RTN message.

Is there any way to test this scenario?
