Hello Amazon Devs

Following this guide: [Connect to Fire TV Through ADB (Fire TV) | Amazon Fire TV](https://developer.amazon.com/docs/fire-tv/connecting-adb-to-device.html)

I can’t download the **FireDevices\_Drivers**. AccessDenied? It’s obsolete?

I been having problem testing with AppTester, I guess this is the problem. or it’s something else and I should ignore this drives?

Regards

Hi @Emma

I already installed the driver but my device still appearing in _Universal Serial Bus devices_ it’s that expected?

If this post it’s correct:

> **[Connect to Fire Tablet through ADB (Fire Tablets) | Fire Tablets](https://developer.amazon.com/docs/fire-tablets/connecting-adb-to-device.html)**
>
> You can use Android Debug Bridge (ADB) to connect your Fire tablet to your computer for testing and debugging. You connect your computer to your Fire tablet through a micro-USB ...

Should appear in **Fire Devices**

Thanks for your fast reply

@Emma additional information:

1. If I try update my Fire tablet driver pointing to C:\Program Files (x86)\Amazon.com\Fire\_Devices\Drivers I got this popup:

![image](https://d3mq594dkmpl37.cloudfront.net/original/2X/7/71e791d90e82b1c2937cbe9cc3faa3617d0d94cf.png)

1. I can install apps in my Fire Tablet using ADB

I hope this little additional information helps solve this problem.

We are unable to reproduce the issue. The issue could be due to several factors:

1. You might not be using an x64-based processor. Please check this from the properties (This PC → Properties → System type).
2. Some drivers might be missing from your system.
