Hi, I was trying out the [GitHub - AmazonAppDev/vega-video-sample: This sample app shows you how to implement a W3C media player and the core multimedia functionality, such as interactive screens, a video player, search, and focus management.](https://github.com/AmazonAppDev/vega-video-sample) app on Fire TV Stick 4K Select device. only mp4 streams are playing. Both HLS and DASH streams playback fails with Shaka error 1002 “category”: 1, “code”: 1002, “data”: Array [ “[https://d1v0fxmwkpxbrg.cloudfront.net/videos/hls/cosmos-laundromat/master.m3u8”](https://d1v0fxmwkpxbrg.cloudfront.net/videos/hls/cosmos-laundromat/master.m3u8%E2%80%9D), [TypeError: Network request failed], 0, ], “handled”: false, “message”: “Shaka Error 1002”, “severity”: 2, “stack”: "Error: Shaka Error 1002 SDK version - 0.21.4726 Device Software version - OS 1.1(1001010051420) ---

Hi @Ivy , Apologies for the delayed response. I can open and play [URL](https://d1v0fxmwkpxbrg.cloudfront.net/videos/hls/cosmos-laundromat/master.m3u8) on my browser . but on the device i still can’t play HLS and DASH. it is the same shaka error. Thanks, Hari ---
