How can I create Live/In-App Events on the Appstore?

Hello everyone,

I’m wondering how developers can create and publish Live/In-App Events that appear on the Appstore, such as events or promotional content displayed on the Appstore’s main page.

I’ve looked through the Amazon Developer Console but couldn’t find an option to create or submit these events.

Is this feature available to all developers, or does it require specific eligibility/access or an invitation from Amazon?

If anyone knows how to access or submit Live/In-App Events, I’d appreciate any guidance.
