# How can I refund my customers?

If a customer contacts you to ask for a refund, please ask them to contact [Amazon Customer Service](https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html) for assistance.

If you need to refund all customers who purchased a specific app or IAP item in bulk, please contact [Amazon Appstore Developer support](https://developer.amazon.com/support/contact-us).
