# HTTP 500 while retrieving bulk tracks/albums

Hi!  
For a couple of days, we have been encountering more and more HTTP 500 errors without details on the endpoints for retrieving several tracks or albums.

See x-amzn-requestid: f8a1d8e5-9c29-4409-9833-23e41900b25a and x-amzn-requestid: 030e2c2d-6e56-45c2-949e-87d14e9592b2 for example.

Hi Thomas!  
We are looking into this issue. I can confirm that we see increased service timeouts for these endpoints.  
Is there a chance you could reduce the number of tracks/albums you are bulk fetching in a single HTTP request?

Thank you, glad to read you are working on it!  
How many items, at most, are you recommending to avoid this error?  
I have already tried to decrease it, but I am still experiencing the error too often compared to before.

We are actively looking into that. Based on what we find, I’ll try to get back to you with a reliable “limit” for these bulk queries.
