# IAP Subscribers Not Getting Content

Greetings. About about 30 days ago, I started getting complaints from IAP purchasers not getting content. The App has been running fine for 16 months and I have NOT changed anything in the interim. Did something on the Amazon IAP side change recently that we need to deal with? I also need a referral to a new skilled FireTV developer because my original programmer has changed jobs. Thank you!

Thanks for posting. We will need more information about your app before we can investigate this issue. Could you please create a [contact-us](https://developer.amazon.com/public/support/contact/contact-us) case using the developer account with the following information? Please also refer to this post in the case:

1. App Name/ID
2. Any information regarding the users who filed the complaint, such as Receipt ID, device type, etc.
