# Not able to login via API

I am not able to generate the Auth Token.

using scope music::profile:read  
Getting below error

Hi Vishesh,

the API is in closed BETA. The error message you are seeing suggests, that your application profile ID has not been onboarded and is not allowlisted for this particular scope.

If that is the case, please follow the instructions in the API docs to file a request to be onboarded.  
Please note, that we are not onboarding hobbyists or private developers for the time being.
