vega shell
prevent the Fire Stick from going into sleep mode or turning off?
Hi @Aucaza
Welcome to Amazon Developer Community!!
Unfortunately, Vega’s current architecture doesn’t support the capabilities to prevent the system from sleeping or keep an app running in the foreground at all times. The platform is designed with managed lifecycle controls for consumer entertainment apps.
I understand this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, and I appreciate you considering Vega for your application.
Happy Developing!
Warm Regards,
Ivy
