The option **Promote your app on Fire TV** mentioned in [Promote Your App (Fire TV) | Amazon Fire TV](https://developer.amazon.com/docs/fire-tv/self-service-advertising.html) is missing in the **App & Services** \> **Promotions** menu. Where to find it?

Thanks a lot for help

Hi STeN,

Thanks for posting!

To use Fire TV Self-Service Advertising, make sure you have:

- An **Administrator** role. You can find your role in the Developer Console, under **Settings** \> **My Account**.
- At least one Fire TV app live on your account.
- Set up a payment method. In the Advertising Console, go to **Menu** \> **Billing and payments** \> **Payment Information** to create a preferred payment method.

We see your payment status is on hold due to missing Tax info. Please set up Tax Forms for your account following the guide [here](https://developer.amazon.com/docs/reports-promo/setup-tax.html).
