I would like to inform you that I have an Amazon account which is more than one year old. Multiple games are published on this account, and I have been receiving earnings regularly every month without any issues.
Unfortunately, my account was temporarily blocked without any prior warning or clear reason. After the block, I contacted support several times through email. Each time, I received the same response that the account would be reviewed and unblocked after some time. However, several months have passed, and my account is still not unblocked.
This situation has caused serious concern, as my games are already published and my monthly earnings are affected. I have always followed Amazon’s policies and guidelines and have not violated any rules to my knowledge.
I kindly request you to please review my case again and help resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would really appreciate your support in unblocking my account or providing a clear explanation if any further action is required from my side.
