# Significant Drop in Daily Sales/Installs on Amazon Appstore (Last 3 Months)

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out to see if other developers have experienced the same issue we’re currently facing on the **Amazon Appstore**. Over the past **3 months** , we’ve observed a **drastic and consistent drop in daily sales and installs** across multiple apps in our portfolio.

Here are a few key points to clarify the situation:

- **We haven’t made any major changes** to our apps or metadata.
- All our apps are **kept up-to-date** with regular updates, bug fixes, and improvements.
- We’ve run **multiple promotional campaigns** , including discounts ranging from **35% to 50% off** , but unfortunately, they had **little to no impact** on sales or visibility.
- Our apps have historically performed well and maintained strong ratings.

We’re trying to understand if this is an isolated issue or part of a broader trend on the platform. It would be helpful to know if:

- Other developers have noticed similar sales/install drops recently.
- There have been any recent **algorithm or visibility changes** in the Amazon Appstore that could affect discoverability.
- Any known **technical issues or policy updates** might have impacted app performance.
- Suggestions on how to recover visibility or boost engagement specifically on Amazon.

Thanks for posting. We currently see no technical issues that would be causing low download numbers. Unfortunately we cannot speculate on the reasons for your sales numbers.
