Hello, I have tried Vega Studio and the kepler cli to build my app. Everything was fine in the virtual device emulator so I have built the release and submitted my app to the store. However during the validation the tester has faced an issue after installing the app. He clicks open but it keeps spinning and the app never opens. A large log file has been given to me but it’s unclear what went wrong, I only see system related logs and nothing related to my app. How are we supposed to troubleshoot such issues? I cannot upload the log file here since I am a new user. Thank you for any help ---

Hey, Thank you for reaching out and trying out Vega so quickly. I am Pavan, PM on Vega Developer Tools. Glad to know that you are able to build and test your app successfully using the Vega virtual device. When we look at your submission, we saw that you submitted an arm64 vpkg version, which works on virtual device, but is not meant for the actual physical device. The FireTV Stick 4K Select is an armv7 architecture. I would like to know a bit more about your app before giving concrete next steps. Would you be willing to have a 30 minute chat?
