2 seconds black screen when switching from DD+ audio track to other audio tracks

Steps to reproduce

  1. Playback any content SVOD or Live from our App
  2. change audio track from origine to origine DD+ or the opposite

The current behavior

Switching from DD+ audio track to none DD+ audio track or the opposite displays a black screen for 2 secondes

The expected behavior

Switching from DD+ audio track to none DD+ audio track or the opposite shouldn’t display a black screen for 2 secondes

Is this a blocker? Do you have any workarounds?

Hi @etienne_braud ,

We see that you are using the v0.18 version of the SDK.
Can you update to the latest v0.19 version and check if that fixes the issue?
If you still see the issue, please provide the logs from the playback and a video showing the issue.
Also, please share the vpkg with your Amazon POC.

Hi Rohit,

The Canal+ launcher is linked with SDK 0.19. On my setup, I use SDK 0.18 just to send command lines on the shell. I use the command “vda shell”.
