3 headless player listener issues: when playing MP4 in Shaka Player in one case; onEnded Called Twice, Position updates reports 0

2. Observed Behavior
Explain what actually happened, noting any discrepancies or malfunctions.
* When using Shaka Player and playing MP4 we do not get a duration update until a seek is performed by the user
* onEnded occurs twice at the end of any media played (be it MP4 or DASH-DRM-PROTECTED for us).
* position does not report correctly just after a seek and sometimes reports 0 incorrectly
