Hi @Sofia_Lozada_Tenorio ,

Hi @Sofia_Lozada_Tenorio

Could you please share more detail on the issue ?
You can choose to share minimum reproducible code/ app vpkg or logs.
We require more details to check the issue from our end.
Thanks.

Warm regards,
Ivy

This issue is only reproducible on certain networks, what I do to solved it is literally moving to another place. Certain IP’s im not sure why, block all network requests. If I find another network that blocks network I will give you more information.

This also happens 100% of the time doing this:

  1. Im connected to a network.
  2. I move to another place, with another network.
  3. I reload the app by doing kepler device launch-app, then I see ERR_NETWORK request failed. Sometimes this gets fixed by restarting the simulator but sometimes not.

Hey @Sofia_Lozada_Tenorio

Thanks for the details.
This seems like an network issue more than the OS issue.
However, we would need the logs from your device to understand what happened here better.
Kindly share the logs captured while this issue is happening.

Warm regards,
Ivy
