HTTP 500 while retrieving bulk tracks/albums

For a couple of days, we have been encountering more and more HTTP 500 errors without details on the endpoints for retrieving several tracks or albums.

See x-amzn-requestid: f8a1d8e5-9c29-4409-9833-23e41900b25a and x-amzn-requestid: 030e2c2d-6e56-45c2-949e-87d14e9592b2 for example.
