- OpenAI’s frontier models land on Bedrock with the IAM, CloudTrail, and billing path you already use (plus GovCloud US-West), and the provider-aware console renders OpenAI/Anthropic SDK conventions natively.
Amazon Quick adds MCP integration for time-series databases
- Amazon Quick can now talk to time-series databases through MCP for market-intelligence workflows — useful if you’re plugging Quick into trading, observability, or IoT-style data.
Safe agentic payments with built-in guardrails via Amazon Bedrock AgentCore payments
- A new AgentCore primitive for letting agents move money safely, with guardrails around dollar limits, recipient checks, and dual-control approval flows.
GitHub Copilot app: the agent-native desktop experience
- A new desktop app for Copilot built around agentic coding workflows, with persistent agent sessions, file-tree-aware context, and a native shell for running tools alongside the chat.
