While having Zscaler active, tests ran on Virtual Device cannot access internet.

Hello @Daria_Bialobrzeska

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry.

Thank you for your question regarding Zscaler integration. While we understand the importance of this requirement for your testing environment, we currently do not officially support Zscaler integration with our Virtual Device infrastructure.

For users who need to work with Zscaler, we found that some community members have had success following general Linux certificate installation procedures. You might want to review these instructions: https://help.zscaler.com/zscaler-client-connector/configuring-client-certificate-posture-check-linux. However, please note that this is not an officially supported solution, and results may vary.

We recommend considering alternative testing approaches that don’t require Zscaler integration for the most reliable testing experience with our Virtual Device.

If Zscaler integration is critical for your testing needs, please feel free to submit a feature request through our official channels, as this helps us understand and prioritize our users’ needs for future development.

Thanks.
