Not able to upgrade device to v0.4

Getting the below error while trying to upgrade the device.
However device is connected with internet , and I’m using same email password which i used to login and read the docs

Can you try rebooting your device and manually requesting the OTA update?

In your terminal, run the forceUpdate command shown below.

$ vda shell ace mw ota forceUpdate

The command should request the software update and list a time in miliseconds to return the command.

$ vda shell ace mw ota forceUpdate
Ret: 0 Duration : 6 ms

If that doesn’t work, please provide your Amazon POC your Device Serial Number and permission to pull logs, so we can investigate further.

Hi Amit,

After discussing this with one of our engineers, it looks like once you receive that error message, the device goes back into an unregistered state (even though it was previously registered).

Can you try following the registration steps again and then try to update it again?

We’re still looking into what caused the error, but please let us know if that works for you.

I tried the steps provided in the registration link above but got errors

@amit just to confirm, do you have two factor authentication enabled in your account ?

um i couldn’t see anything related to 2fa in profile

Hope you are unblocked. Please use the authenticator for OTP and append the OTP to the password while trying to register.
