Appstore notifications URL has been unapproved for unknown reason

Hi,
Recently my URL for Appstore notifications has been moved under verification status for unknown reasons. I have not changed the url previously.

I have re-verified the the notification URL and working fine.

But, I would like the know the list of cases that my notification URL may go verification again.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
