Hello, I’m requesting your help because I can’t upload new apps. When I tried to verify my identity with my ID, the platform didn’t recognize it on three attempts and then blocked me from updating and uploading new apps. That was two months ago. I created a ticket with the request, but I still haven’t received a response. Please help me. Thank you.

Hi @Emma, we have attempted to assist multiple clients with this new verification process and have run into this same issue with several of them. When they submit a ticket via the “Contact Us” page, the ticket is auto-resolved with no resolution or response. And, when they reopen the ticket, it is auto-resolved once again with no resolution or response. Can someone in Amazon Developer Support please assist with these support tickets because this verification process is not working as it should.

However, a common reason is the presence of duplicate case submissions—these are often closed to streamline communication and ensure a single, consistent response. My developer account has been suspended. I don’t understand. At first, I had a problem because the platform failed to recognize my ID and blocked me. I requested reactivation to try again, and this time it did recognize my ID, so everything was working correctly again, and I uploaded a new app. Now that I’ve logged in, they tell me my account is suspended because I didn’t confirm my ID within the established timeframe. Please help with this error.
Hi, the process I followed was to create a case, but after not receiving a response, I came to this forum to post a question, and when they responded, they reactivated the option to upload my ID again. I understand it worked for me because I reported it here. However, today it appears that my account has been suspended because I haven’t verified my ID, so I don’t know what to tell you.
