I am reaching out regarding the identity verification failure on my Amazon Developer account.
“Account Identity Verification Failed. You cannot upload apps”
I have raised a request multiple times but didn’t got single response from Amazon. Its almost a week we have created our first ticket.

I submitted the requested documents (my national identity card and my driver’s license), but they were not accepted.
I would like to point out that:
Both documents are still valid (they have not expired).
The photos were taken with my phone, in good quality, with all the information clearly visible.
Please let me know the reason for the refusal, or the exact criteria required so that I can proceed correctly.
If possible, I would like a manual verification to be performed.
