Account Identity Verification Failed - 18160024761

Case id 18160024761

Developing app from previously being verified and is no longer able to create or modify due to failed account verification. Had to reopen the case twice and it’s pending for a couple of days. How do we proceed?

Emma, can you help me with my case? I created a new topic here but it disappeared. My first case 18173986371 has been marked “resolved” twice but with no response from support. So I opened a second case 18162256091 but have had no response for several days. I have uploaded both sides of my Washington drivers license twice and don’t know what else I can do.

I’m just trying to use the api to access my own seller account data to save hours of work each week - I’m not making public apps. Please help!

Please note that identity verification is currently only required if you plan to publish apps to the Amazon Appstore. Based on your description, it appears you’re planning to use other features of the Developer Console, which should be accessible under your current account status.
