Developer account verification failure 18267233931

I tried twice to verify my account but was unsuccessful. I raised a support ticket to avoid locking my account with a third attempt. The ticket was closed advising me to rescan my ID and check it was fully legible.

Before I could try this solution my account status changed to verification failed, contact support.

I opened a new ticket 18267233931 at the start of the week and attached copies of my ID requesting support on how to proceed but have yet to receive a response.

Please can you let me know how to progress this? I am concerned that my ticket will be closed again without getting my account verified.

Thanks for the update. The team have now manged to verify my account.

However, I am now unable to add my developer.

I have added him under user permissions and he receives the invitation. But gets an error message ‘There was a problem. We cannot find an account with that email address’ when he tries to follow the link in the email.

I have tried removing the invitation from the user permissions and re-issuing but he still gets the same error.

I have reopened the support case and am awaiting a response but wondered if this problem had been encountered before and, if so, whether there is a way for me to resolve it myself?

When users click the link in the invitation email, they will be redirected to the Developer Portal login page. If their Amazon account has not been registered on the Amazon Developer Portal previously, they should click ‘Create your Amazon Developer account’ to complete the registration process.
