Developer Account Temporary Locked

Hello Developers,
i am facing a issue of account temporary locked, this is hapeen because i have added 2 step verification by going into login & security tab. When i added 2 step verification for security of my developer account, i recieve mail that there is some unusual activity happen in your account kindly change the password, i change the password then its appear your account is temporary locked and contact customer service. When i contacted customer service on call they said you have to give some security answers to unlock your account. These questions are about your purchase history from amazon, i said them that i have not purchase anything because i am amzon app developer i only use this account to access my developer account. They said to me you have to contact developer support because amazon general support did not have access to info of developer account, they said developer team will resolve the issue but now i have not access to my developer account and how can i contacted them. I have all the information related to my developer account. Please help to regain access to my developer account this is my 7 year old account with having multiple games on it. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible so that i will get my account back. This the gamil of my developer account (****.***@.com)

I have open the link of (contact us) which you have attached in your reply but it take me to to the login of my developer account which is not accessible because when i login its show your account is temporary locked, so how can contact and raise case for this issue.

Have you received the password reset email sent by Amazon? Please follow the instructions in the email, and you should be able to access your account.

@Emma I an facing the same problem. my developer account is on ****@gmail.com and it has been locked out for no apparent reason. i have just gotten off a 75 minutes call with international customer support of amazon and they tried everything to no avail. it seems unless you have a purchase on your amazon.com account they don’t have a way to unlock the account

Can you please help me figure out a way to get my access back?

I am encountering the same issue. My developer account is on ******@gmail.com and it has been temporary blocked as recently I have changed my password after long time and I received Email that there is some unusual activity happen in your account so we temporary blocked it.

Can you please assist me too to regain access to my account?
