I have opened a case using personal developer account as well, but it’s been 4 days and no action has been taken yet.

I checked the Account & Login Issues link you shared, it provides 2 numbers for contact but the numbers cannot be connected. Please escalate the case internally so that we can communicate via the support case.

I received a message from the support team on the case I opened but they have also given the Account & Login Issue Link that you provided and the two numbers which cannot be connected.
The Account & Login Issue drop down does not have the option that we are facing. What other solution can we try? We require urgent assistance on the same.
