Amazon Developer Account issue

Hello my account is locked due to some issue i am not able login and can’t able to change password kindly help me to resolve this issue. This is the email of the account ***@gmail.com

Dear @Emma i have already contacted with customer support team they said to me that i have to verify through by purchase history. But the issue is that i did not purchase anything from this account and i only use this to login my developer account so how can i tell about purchase history. i think this is the case of amazon developer because i use this for my developer account not for purchasing anything. Developer team can verify from me anything.
