Request for Assistance with Locked Amazon Developer Account

Dear Amazon Developer Community Team,

I am reaching out to seek assistance with a critical issue regarding my Amazon developer account. My account has been temporarily locked due to a reason stated as “inaccurate information.” However, I would like to clarify that I am the owner of this account, and the information I have provided is completely accurate.

I already sent an appeal via email but, unfortunately, my issue has not been resolved. Additionally, I am unable to access the Contact Us section on the Amazon Developer portal to escalate this matter further.

The email associated with my account is *******@outlook.com. This account is vital to my work, as I have 17 games published under it, which I have developed with great dedication. This suspension has significantly disrupted my progress, and I kindly request your intervention to resolve this issue promptly.

Please let me know if any further information or documentation is required to assist with this matter. I hope to have my account reinstated soon so I can continue contributing to the Amazon platform.
