Amazon account locked - My game earning so many dollars but going to wrong person!

Amazon account locked temporarily

My Amazon developer account is working absolutely fine but my Amazon account has been locked temporarily. My game is getting sales and earning dollars but I did not add payment method in my developer account

Issue is that now the payments are being sent via check to an unknown address because I had put in a random address in my Amazon account

Now there is no way to get logged in my account so this is so terrible. Sales are being made, customers are downloading my game, but payments are being sent to a totally unknown person. Please help me out. Either take my game down or at least allow me to get back into my account at least once!

Also note that I cannot reach to Amazon developer support team via my own account because I cannot access the developer portal even to create a contact case/ticket. I am writing this down from another Amazon account. Customer support is helpless, no support, please help me out of this situation
