Can't access my account anymore

Hi! I have a client that can’t access their account anymore since it says that the account is temporary blocked and that they should have received an email, but they didn’t. And we can’t access the help center either because they can’t login. The email address is: ***l@gmail.com

Thanks for posting. It appears that your account has been locked on the Amazon.com retail side, not through the Amazon Developer Console.

To resolve this, you can either complete the self-service form after signing in to Amazon.com, or call Amazon Customer Service at 1-888-280-4331 or 1-800-388-5512 to have a representative complete the form on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any alternative solutions at this time.

Hello, I tried but I get this message:

Account locked temporarily

Your account has been locked for misuse of Amazon’s services. We have sent you an email with additional information.

And I still don’t receive any email. I have an active app on that account so I need it. How can I solve it?
