I can't login to my account

Hi, Dear amazon support team

I can’t login to my developer amazon account.
I get OTP password to email, than I answered to security question and all process repeat again and again, login form stuck in a loop.

But sometimes I get message:
We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

Thanks for posting. It appears your account was locked from Amazon.com retail side. Please note your developer account is associated with a retail account using the same email address, if your retail account is locked you will not be able to log into your Appstore developer account as well.

Unfortunately, Appstore Developer Support team is unable to unblock the account that is locked by Amazon retail team. You will need to contact the Customer Service team to unblock your retail account. Once the retail account is unblocked, you should be able to log into your developer account.
