I am unable to deregister my Kepler device. The option to deregister the device is no longer available in Settings>Account & Profile Settings. I have restarted the device and checked for software updates. That did not help. What can I do to alleviate this problem?

We will check about this and let you know. Meanwhile, you may try a factory reset via Settings → My Fire TV → Reset to Factory Defaults.

De-register feature will be available via a future release planned for end of 2025.
