HLS/ DASH Playback issues on Vega Video App

Hi,

I was trying out the GitHub - AmazonAppDev/vega-video-sample: This sample app shows you how to implement a W3C media player and the core multimedia functionality, such as interactive screens, a video player, search, and focus management. app on Fire TV Stick 4K Select device. only mp4 streams are playing. Both HLS and DASH streams playback fails with Shaka error 1002

At the first glance it looks like either a Network/Connectivity or CORS Configuration issue to me.
Allow me some time to look into this in detail and I’ll update you here.

We tried to reproduce the issue but we were not able to do it,

Could you please try again?
And check if you can open the shared URL in your browser please?

Hi @Ivy_Mahajan ,

Apologies for the delayed response. I can open and play URL on my browser . but on the device i still can’t play HLS and DASH. it is the same shaka error.
