HTML media element returns zero current time if started from non-zero position

1. Summary

Calling HtmlMediaElement->getCurrentTimeSecs() returns 0 if called before the first timeupdate event when starting playback from a non-zero position.

2. Steps to Reproduce

  1. Start playback of any asset by seeking both audio and video tracks.
  2. Start playback
  3. call getCurrentTimeSecs before the first timeupdate event

3. Observed Behavior

Explain what actually happened, noting any discrepancies or malfunctions.

getCurrentTimeSecs() returns 0

4. Expected Behavior

Describe what you expected the SDK to do under normal operation.

getCurrentTimeSecs() should return the initial start time

4.a Possible Root Cause & Temporary Workaround

Fill out anything you have tried. If you don’t know, N/A is acceptable

Sounds like the internal state of the media element is not updated after the initial seek.
