Install buttons are not working in playable ads and video ads in my apps

Hi,

I am a noob here and have a few apps in the Amazon app store with admob, mintegral and other ads implemented. When I tested these ads on Fire HD 8 Tablet, I found that there are ads (playable and video), but install buttons in those ads are not working. I am not able to install any app/game from the ads.

And I found buttons for play store and app store in many of those apps, not an amazon store button.

So, something is wrong, either with ads or device.

Is admob not at all supported? What is the best ad network for monetization? How can I prevent app store and play store apps appearing in my ads, I want only amazon app/game ads.

Sorry for rookie questions, any help and ad monetization tips are highly appreciated.
