  1. call AccessibilityInfo.announceForAccessibilityWithOptions

3. Observed Behavior

Explain what actually happened, noting any discrepancies or malfunctions.

Nothing happens, no event

Describe what you expected the SDK to do under normal operation.

trigger announcementFinished event when done speaking

can set an arbitrary timer based on announcement length to approximate completion
