Sponsored Listing on USA Appstore (Kindle Fire)

When on the USA Kindle Fire Appstore I see that there are sponsored sections where other developers are advertising their apps/games. If someone could let me know how/where I can create a sponsored listing/campaign, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately the Apps & Games cant be advertised there.. So Iā€™m confused on how the other Fire tablet only apps are getting sponsored listings on the US Appstore? Is there any other contact or info on this?
