Unable to add test users to Ring Staging

I have been trying to add test users to my app (Manage App->Test->Log in with ring), but in the past couple of days, it gives me a 406 error, and I am unable to add. I had one test user, but made the poor decision to remove all staging users, and so now I have no test users.

Please fix this to allow adding test users. Thanks!

I really need to know if I’m doing this correctly or not. I am trying to get ready for certification, but cannot add test users (or I’m doing it wrong). Please advise
