Update React to v19

I am researching demo apps Sample Apps | Vega Get Started . I can see used old versions of libs

    "react": "18.2.0",
    "react-native": "0.72.0",

I would like to use latest versions of libraries. Have you ideas, when we will be supported atest versions of libraries in the current platform? Or have we any blockers for migration?

Vega is currently using React Native version 0.72, with plans to update to a newer version soon. You may find more information about versioning in this page. Please monitor this page for future release updates.
