VoiceView won't read aloud text until I reboot the device and turn on it again

2. Steps to Reproduce

I can’t provide exact steps because I don’t know what user actions can cause it

In the app it happens when user is playing a cDVR recording and fast-forwarding to the end of the video and in one moment it don’t read aloud at all (even on home screen)

VoiceView suddenly stop read aloud text

VoiceView works properly and stable

I attached the logs during that bug, and the next error is indicated by a brief AI summary:
