Why is my Live App Test (LAT) not appearing on my device?

There are several reasons a Live App Test (LAT) may not be showing up on your device:

  • The LAT is not yet live. LATs can take several hours to publish. Make sure that you have received the invitation email and the status is “Test in Progress” in the Developer Portal. If your LAT has not gone live several hours after submission, use the Contact Us form so that we can investigate.

  • Even after you receive the invitation email, it may take some time for the latest build to appear on the actual device. If you have just received the email, please wait a little while and try again.

  • The build may not be compatible with the device you are using. Check the Supported devices on the LAT page in the Developer Portal to confirm.
