Hi Everyone!
One of our clients FireTV App is displaing the wrong Age-rating in the Appstore. We have set the Age-rating for their FireTV App in their developer Account backend to 18+ but the Amazon Appstore is displaying “All Ages”.
We have resubmitted the App but it will still display “All ages”.
We have created multiple Cases regarding this issue but have not received an answer yet. The last case that we have created is Case# 18205970051.
Can someone please help us?

We am reaching out to you again since the issue with the wrong Age rating displaying in App store is already going on a few weeks now and it is really frustrating to see no fix yet.
Can you please set this case to a higher prior?
Also no case with a title of this issue is registered in our nor in our clients Amazon Developer Account.
Is the fix of this issue still on work?
