All fields on the Payment Information page are emptied every time we update our payment information

Hi, I hope you’re all doing well.

Thank you for reading our message. We’ve noticed that every time we update our payment information and receive the confirmation email, all fields on the Payment Information page become empty, as if we hadn’t done anything (Please see the attached screenshot).

Is this normal?

If we fill all fields on that page and click the SAVE button, we receive an email informing us that the payment information has been updated. However, if we refresh the page, all information disappears.

Thanks for posting! This behavior is actually by design. In order to protect your payment information, the payment information page won’t display the actual payment information you have saved.

It may display some general information such as the address or name from your profile by default but it may not same as your saved payment information.

If you have received the email about the update means you have updated the payment information successfully.

Earnings numbers in the Earning and Payments report are the earnings approved by the Amazon Appstore. The reports are generated based on actual disbursement which means it will not be generated until the invoice is created.

If you want to know more details about your sales, you can check the “Units” report or download the sales report from “Download Center”. Sales data from those reports are updated every 6 hours.
