I tried sending tickets but no update from them, we have’t received any payment from our in-app purchase since Dec 2024. This is the only time we experience this, Could someone help me contact them through live chat or live call to resolve the issue?
Me neither… and can’t get a response back… would also appreciate a chat or live call to address this.

I already updated everything with the same bank details. submitted necessary documents. Replied to our ticket but still no response on your side if its already working or when would they deposit the payment.
Are there any changes or are you still not receiving the payment? Did you receive a payment for December last year at all, or did you not receive any notification?
