Payments Not Received

Dear Amazon Support Team,

Thank you for taking the time to review this matter.

We would like to bring to your attention that we have not yet received the payment for May 2025 in our bank account. As usual, we received the Remittance Advice from Amazon Accounts Payable across all marketplaces at the beginning of the month. Based on our past experience, we typically receive the funds by the 4th or 5th of July. However, today is the 8th, and the payment has still not appeared in our bank account.

We have submitted two support tickets regarding this issue, but have not yet received any response.

We kindly request confirmation that the payment has been sent from your side, so we can follow up and investigate the matter with our bank accordingly.
