We are facing an issue with our app on the Amazon Appstore. The app is visible and listed when browsing the Amazon Appstore via a web browser, but it is no longer appearing in search results or listings when browsing directly from Amazon Fire TV Stick devices.
Key details:

The app was previously visible on devices and downloadable without issue.

No changes were made to the app or its configuration.

Devices are correctly set up and fully compatible.

The issue started suddenly, without any action on our side.
Additional observations:

Maybe not related but we recently created and finalized several Live App Testing (LAT) sessions. Afterward, the live app stopped appearing in device search/listings.

If we use the web Appstore’s “Deliver to Device” option, the app installs successfully and works as expected.

Once installed, if we open the app details from “More Info” on the device, the full listing and details display correctly. The problem is only with visibility/search in the device Appstore.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior after finalizing LAT sessions?

Could this be an indexing or refresh issue with the Amazon Appstore?

Any guidance on how to restore the app’s visibility in the device Appstore would be greatly appreciated.
