Did not reviece RTN for live app testing

I am using Live app testing to test IAP. I have added the endpoint to receive RTN , I also got the confirmation message and processed it too. But still not able to see any RTN for purchases I make in LAT.

Thanks for your patience, sorry for the late reply. The team has responded:

Could see 1 message successfully delivered to the developer endpoint on 2025-01-28 14:10 UTC. Also observed developer tried adding and removing multiple endpoints during this time. Can we confirm from developer based on these details if they still face any issue?
