Hello Amazon Devs

Following this guide: Connect to Fire TV Through ADB (Fire TV) | Amazon Fire TV

I can’t download the FireDevices_Drivers . AccessDenied? It’s obsolete?

I been having problem testing with AppTester, I guess this is the problem. or it’s something else and I should ignore this drives?

I already installed the driver but my device still appearing in Universal Serial Bus devices it’s that expected?

@Emma additional information:

  1. If I try update my Fire tablet driver pointing to C:\Program Files (x86)\Amazon.com\Fire_Devices\Drivers I got this popup:

  1. I can install apps in my Fire Tablet using ADB

I hope this little additional information helps solve this problem.

We are unable to reproduce the issue. The issue could be due to several factors:

  1. You might not be using an x64-based processor. Please check this from the properties (This PC → Properties → System type).
  2. Some drivers might be missing from your system.
